at my local tire center today in Baltimore. It looks like this might be a nationwide thing because a quick google search found this. It seems as though there is no requirement to buy the tires from any specific store, so any purchase of yokohama tires will likely qualify. I purchased (4) yokohama V4s tires off eBay with $100 CashBack from Live.com and this sweetens the deal even more.
